Hi, I'm Sam 👋
I used to think getting better at Irish dance meant doing more.
In college, I trained almost entirely on my own. I was constantly worrying about what I should be doing outside of dance, I thought more work HAD to mean better results.
So I trained, stretched, practiced, and searched for the next thing.
I even had an HOUR-long daily stretching routine.
The frustrating part? All that extra work wasn't getting me better results.
Eventually, I realized the problem wasn't my work ethic.
I was working hard without a system.
As I continued competing, I learned what actually made a difference in my own performance. Studying physical therapy gave me the science to explain and validate what I had already learned through years of dancing.
Instead of asking, “What else can I do?” I started asking, “What does my dancing actually require?”
Suddenly, training didn't have to take over my life, and my results sky rocketed.
I want to spare you the YEARS of guessing, endless stretching, random workouts, and feeling like you always need to be doing more.
In my free 14-day workshop, I'll show you how to train for the true demands of Irish dance—with a system that complements your dancing instead of competing with it.
More dance classes
More hours practicing
Endless stretching
Copying what other dancers do
Trying to figure it all out yourself
Feeling like you always need to be doing more
Train the physical demands of Irish dance
Develop power for jumps and explosive movement
Build stamina without just adding more dance hours
Train with purpose instead of simply doing more
I want you to train for the physical demands of Irish dance—not just dance more—so your stamina stops getting in the way of your actual ability.
Learn what determines good stamina and why dancing more isn't always the answer.
Train the systems that allow you to dance stronger for longer
Learn how to turn your stamina training into better performance when you're on stage.

"My stamina definitely improved. I didn’t have any issues with it on competition day, and my coaches commented on how it has gotten a lot better"
"Just want to let you know that even after two weeks I can feel a difference in my stamina! We did full runs after spring break and I didn't feel as dead as usual!"
"I feel like I have improved A LOT. I am practicing way more. I am not getting the same comments over and over."
My stamina increased tremendously and noticeably around the week 7/8 mark. I started feeling really confident about my jig endurance."
